    Standard: 5/7 days - 9am/6pm - Extended to Saturday (On-call period) 
    Extended Level 1:  6/7 days - 9am/6pm - Extended to Saturday (On-call period)
    Extended Level 2: 7/7 days - 9am/6pm - Extended to Saturday & Sunday (On-call period)
    Premium: 7/7 days - 24/24hrs (Customised)

    Medasys University runs customised and multi-site training programs to quickly teach you how to use your installed products and to optimise the use of the unique breadth of functions offered by our solutions.
